Hipobuy, and the team behind this quote guide

Hipobuy is a shopping agent: it buys products for you from Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, receives them at its warehouse, checks them, and ships them to you in parcels you assemble. Its fees page promises free shopping agent service; the bill is the goods, the international postage and a customs charge, with optional services on top.

Hipobuy dates its platform to 2019 and says it took its present form, as the Hipobuy agency platform, in 2024. The footer we read on 16 October 2026 names five companies as joint operators: Yeapp Limited (British Virgin Islands), VISTULA TECH (Warsaw), EVERLINE TRADING CO., LIMITED (Kington, England), plus Hong Kong Chivas Trading Co., Limited and Hong Kong Jointown Trading Co., Limited.

A Hipobuy forwarding tutorial screenshot from August 2025 places the warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong. The iOS app is published under SOUTHERN TIMES INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, a company not among the five in the footer.

The site runs in eight interface languages and can display prices in several currencies. Every figure on this guide comes from the English pages with US dollars selected.

What every agent of this kind shares. They all buy on your behalf, store goods for a while, photograph them, and charge for international shipping by weight and size. None of them controls customs in your country.

What Hipobuy does differently. Its estimator shows every line for your destination without a login, and Show More prints a freight basis per line. It sells an optional rehearsal parcel for 20 CNY that measures the packed box before you pay for shipping. Agent service is free; storage is free for 90 days.

When another agent may suit you better. If you want a quote whose figures come with written definitions, or a single price instead of two, Hipobuy’s estimator does not offer that today. If your goods carry batteries or liquids, compare how many lines each agent accepts for your country before choosing.

Section 8 of Hipobuy’s Service Terms is titled “HIPOBUY Anti-Counterfeiting Policy”. It opens: “Products for sale through hipobuy.com must be authentic.” It goes on to make the buyer responsible for checking authenticity and lists bootlegs, fakes, pirated copies and infringing products as prohibited.

It warns that a breach can cost an account its buying rights, freeze money held for it and end with stored goods being disposed of. Its search terms go further and state that Hipobuy does not vouch for whether a product is genuine, which leaves that judgement with the buyer.

This site follows the same line: we do not point to, describe or encourage counterfeit goods, and nothing here helps anyone get around a review.

Most guides to an agent explain how to order. This one explains what the numbers on a shipping quote are, because no official page does. We drove the estimator in a real browser for six countries, saved the responses the page itself received, and compared every card with its data.

What we do differently: every figure has a date, a field name and a place on the page; anything Hipobuy has not explained is marked as not stated rather than guessed; and we never rank lines or agents. What we cannot do: see your account, your parcel page or your final charge.

Dead or stale links are a fair test of any Spreadsheet site. We check ours before each edition and log the date on the quote log.

Hipobuy Spreadsheet Quote Figures is an independent guide published at hipofinds.net. It is written and maintained by a small independent editorial team. We are not Hipobuy, we do not handle orders, and we cannot change a price or a parcel.

Our relationship with Hipobuy is disclosed: sign-up links on this site carry our invite code, which may earn us a referral benefit. That arrangement does not decide what we write, and it never changes what a figure means.
